Ergonomic Assessments
2020 has brought a lot of changes to our daily life. For many, the most significant change is now working from home. Even if you are lucky enough to have a home office, chances are your monitors, keyboard, and mouse are not properly set up to provide the least amount of stress on your body during the work day. Whether you are working on a laptop at your kitchen table, or you have a multi-monitor command center, an ergonomic assessment can provide major insight on minor changes that can be made to benefit your muscles and joints.
I provide ergonomic assessments either from pictures of you at your desk or with a home visit. After I assess your set up and posture while at your workspace, I make specific recommendations on adjustments that can be made and sometimes even certain products that can enhance your work environment.
