HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Initial visits are $210 and last up to an hour. After a thorough history and exam, if you choose that the chiropractic approach is right for you, you will receive treatment at the first visit.
Follow-up visits are twenty minute appointments at $110. If you prefer to have more time, you can schedule an extended 45 minute visit for $185
.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FEEL BETTER?

Most people feel significant relief after the fist visit. Together, we will determine how many follow up visits you will need in order to heal completely depending on the severity of your injury.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

I understand that life happens, and making plans often invites the unexpected, but I do ask for as much time in advance for a cancellation as possible. To reschedule your appointment and offer your previous slot to another patient, I prefer 12-hour notice for any cancellations. No-show appointments will be charged full price and cancellations within 12 hours will be charged a flat fee of $50.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?

I am no longer accepting new patients through United Health Care or other insurance group.

All patients will be charged according to the fees listed above. I am happy to provide you with a "superbill" which contains the diagnosis and treatment codes as well as other information your insurance company or FSA/HSA needs in order to reimburse you directly. Payment must be received at the time of service. Reimbursement procedures vary with insurance carriers and specific plans.

WILL YOU TAKE X-RAYS?

I do not take x-rays or perform any diagnostic imaging in my office. I do work closely with near by imaging centers who will be able to administer the appropriate diagnostic tests for you if needed based on your history, exam findings or treatment progress. I am also happy to work with your medical provider in order to obtain your appropriate diagnostic images in the easiest way possible for you.
